We have found coconut oil to be wonderful for oiling up dry and brittle bones, arthritic pain in the joints or for helping the organs and muscles to work at their peak. Daily application through the pores is simple and effective. After showering or bathing, apply heated coconut oil into the pores of the body and massage.
