Translation:

I greet the great spirit of all things first and foremost and

The divine feminine and male energies of the world

To all my elders,  I acknowledge you as the springs of knowledge of each and every tribe

To my mother, Charlotte, I acknowledge the love you share with me of this work.

My tribes are Ngati Ruapani, Ngati Rongomaiwahine and Ngati Kahungunu

I was born in Australia but raised in Hastings.  I now live in Palmerston North

My name is Kamajane

I have been brought up around people who were immersed in healing all my life.

My mother taught me about Louise Hays book 'You Can Heal Your Life" as a young child with identifying with all the belief systems and their whakapapa, the affirmations, meditations, and  visualisations and I still refer to these today in my mahi and recommend her work to whai-ora even now  in my thirties.

I used to ask Mum why she kept teaching me all these things and she said because then you will know all these things about healing when you get older and so it is.

I am so grateful that we did a Maori healing programme together as mother/daughter
which equipped us with valuable survival tools for  addictions which I have continued to
use and teach even today.

As a young Māori healer, I have had many teachers for as the saying goes:
'When the student is ready, the teacher will appear.'

I have learnt healing modalities through the Lotus Healing Centre and attained a Certificate of Massage Therapy.  As a result, I use energy work, meditations, visualisation,  intuitive diagnostics, reflexology, aromatherapy, Hawaiian bodywork and
contemporary Māori mirimiri and romiromi.

I am proud of my healing heritage and am honoured to share this journey with you.

He Whakatauki: "He iti hau marangai e tū te pāhokahoka"

First come the light wind, carrying rain, then comes the rainbow.
Be postive and stand for the brighter things in life, for there are many.
