ACC BOOKING INFO – Please Read It if You Want to Book an ACC Session

To book an ACC Rongoa Maori session, you will need to send the full ACC45 claim form to Charlotte at info@aiohealing.com so she can put in an application for you.

Once a purchase order is sent out to AIO Healing to confirm the acceptance of your claim, Charlotte will contact you to show you how to make a booking.

Until then, please do not make an ACC appointment on the booking system.

EAP BOOKING INFO – Please Read It if You Want to Book an EAP Session

To ensure your Rongoa EAP sessions through Habit Health are funded, please register with the EAP National Support Center (NSC) on 0800 327 669 a week prior to your appointment.

The case file number will be created and sent to Charlotte Mildon of AIO Healing as your Rongoa vendor and I will then confirm your appointment. I look forward to meeting you.
